• Extra time during weekends, holidays, or sale periods.

• Customized orders may take longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping Pan-India on prepaid orders.

• COD may have additional handling fees.

• International shipping charged separately.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–6 working days

• Other locations: 5–10 working days

• International: 10–25 working days (varies by customs)

Order Tracking

• Tracking shared via Email/WhatsApp/SMS.

• Track via courier website/app.

Address Accuracy

• Provide correct address and phone number.

• Ishna not responsible for delays due to incorrect/incomplete details.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

• Available for selected pin codes and products.

• Repeated COD refusal may limit future COD options.

• Customs duties/taxes to be paid by the customer.

• Delivery may vary based on customs clearance.

Damage During Transit

• Share unboxing video/photos within 24 hours if damaged.

Delayed or Lost Packages

• We coordinate with courier to resolve delays.

• Lost parcels will be refunded or replaced after verification.
